Returns/Exchanges

Customer satisfaction is our priority. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your WearEarth purchase, please contact us at info@wearearth.com within 30 days of your order and we will arrange for an exchange. The shipping and handling fee is not refundable.

Please email us at info@wearearth.com, before returning items, state your order information and the reason for the return.

Merchandise must be in the original condition and shipped in packaging similar to how it was received. Used items will not be accepted. Once we receive your package, we process the exchange.

Shipping

All orders are shipped via UPS & USPS. In stock products usually ship within 2-3 days of receipt of the order. Please note that custom and out-of-stock orders may take up to six weeks for delivery.

Easy cleaning tips to care for your product:

Maintenance: We recommend rinsing your bag once a month with mild soap and water from a sink, shower, or hose. Be sure to always use cold water because hot water can encourage fading. After cleaning allow the piece to air dry.

Spot Cleaning: Wipe stains using a damp clean cloth or baby wipe.

WearEarth cannot be responsible for damage to merchandise due to machine washing or steaming.
